Ferli Fine Art
Ferli Fine Art is a Paris-based gallery specializing in the sale of original, one-of-a-kind artworks to professionals and private collectors. Each item offered is a unique collector’s piece, sold “as is,” and is not mass-produced or reproduced. We urge all buyers to carefully review the detailed description and the condition report provided for each artwork before completing a purchase.
Unique Original Artworks
Final Sale: All artworks are original, one-off creations. Each piece is sold as-is and is considered a final sale.
No Returns or Refunds: Ferli Fine Art does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason. Once a purchase is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
Buyer Responsibility: Buyers must ensure they are fully satisfied with the condition and description of the artwork before purchase. High-resolution images, descriptions, and condition reports (detailing any notable flaws or characteristics) are provided to help buyers make an informed decision.
Product Descriptions and Condition Reports
Each artwork listing includes a comprehensive description and a condition report. These documents include information on materials, dimensions, provenance (if applicable), and any condition notes. It is the buyer’s responsibility to review all information carefully. No refunds or exchanges will be provided for a change of mind or if a buyer claims not to have read the description.
Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
No Returns: We do not accept returns of any artworks under any circumstances. This includes buyer’s remorse or dissatisfaction.
No Exchanges or Refunds: There are no exchanges or refunds for any original artwork once purchased.
No Return Address: Since returns are not accepted, Ferli Fine Art does not provide a return shipping address. Buyers should not attempt to ship any items back to us.
Order Confirmation: Please ensure all details (size, medium, etc.) are correct at checkout. Once an order is placed and payment is made, it is final.
Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Law)
Under EU consumer law, buyers usually have a 14-day withdrawal period for online purchases. However, this right does not apply to customized or unique goods. All artworks sold by Ferli Fine Art are one-of-a-kind. Therefore, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply.
This policy does not limit your rights in case of a genuine defect: if an artwork is delivered damaged or significantly not as described, you may have legal remedies under applicable consumer protection laws. In such a case, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund at no cost.
